65th Annual Graham Christmas Parade Entry Form

FOR SCHOOL BANDS

December 5, 2026 @ 10am

Lineup at 9am

This form is for school bands ONLY. Accompanying Cheer/Pep teams, sports teams, or other school groups must enter parade as a school group entry on the standard entry form.

Submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance. Incorrect or ineligible submissions may be denied or, at the discretion of the Graham Area Business Association, may be required to pay the applicable School Group entry fee.

• If you are not entering as a commercial business, then business names and logos CANNOT appear on entry anywhere, or Business MUST Register & Pay as a commercial Business Entry.  All commercial businesses, logos, address and phone numbers must be covered completely while on parade route.  This includes any trailer or vehicle transporting any participants in the parade (ex: branded tow trucks/ tractors) .

• All Parade Vehicles MUST BE DECORATED in order to participate.

• Let us know if music is incorporated in your entry (see above). Must play Christmas music only.

• By order of Graham Police Department, no one is to throw candy because children may run into the street and in front of cars. Also, please no handbills/paper distribution is allowed

• No one is allowed to dress as Santa except for our hired Santa and Mrs. Claus who appear at the end of the parade. Participants may dress as any other themed character they would like.

  
  

FEES:  Members of the GABA Christmas Parade Committee donate countless hours on being able to have the Christmas lights, Parade.  All fees received are used to pay for direct costs such as lights, Santa Float, band fees, & festival costs.  Donations are accepted.  We appreciate your participation!

Submission of a Graham Christmas Parade entry form does not guarantee acceptance or participation in the parade. The Graham Area Business Association (GABA) reserves the right to review, approve, deny, or reject any entry application at its sole discretion. GABA may also refuse entry to participants or organizations that have previously violated parade rules, policies, or requirements.

WAIVER

In consideration of permission to participate in the 2026 Christmas Parade, I do hereby release from liability and hold harmless the Graham Area Business Association, the City of Graham and their respective agents. I recognize that there may be inherent risks associated with participation in this event and choose to participate of my own free will.

Whoever signs this waiver is signing for the entire group.  That person must obtain permission slips for any participating minors (please do not send these in).
