Register Online: March 23 – April 27, 2022 Program Dates: April 20 – May 25, 2022 (5 weeks) Ages: 18 & up Cost: Free, registration is required

Graham Walks began in 2006 with a grant from the Health and Wellness Trust Fund. Graham Recreation & Parks wishes to continue to gain new interest in the program and encourages past participants to join us once again this fall. Graham Walks is a 5-week, self-motivating walking program designed to inspire you to stay active. We encourage participants to not only walk but to be active overall! Set a goal and track your activity on the Activity Tracker Log. We encourage all participants to set their own goal, whether it is to set aside 30 minutes a day (or more) to be active or track your steps per day…you decide!

Following the 5 weeks, all participants that turn in their completed Activity Tracker Log by the deadline (05/26) will be eligible to receive a Graham Walks t-shirt, as well as be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing (one per person). Grand Prize Drawings will be announced LIVE on the Graham Recreation & Parks Facebook page following the program on Friday, May 27 at 10:00am.

Graham Walks Kick-Off (2 times, 2 locations!) Date: Wednesday, April 20 Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm • Location: Shamrock Nutrition Time: 4:00pm – 6:00pm • Location: Graham Historical Museum Come register in person, pick up an Activity Tracker Log, and grab some swag! Participants are encouraged to meet at Shamrock on Wednesdays throughout the 5 weeks to check in with each other, go for a walk Downtown, and grab a healthy shake.
