Little Sprouts Growga

Growga will be offering a socially-distanced indoor class at the Children’s Museum of Alamance County. This class is geared towards preschoolers, but siblings are welcome to attend (and get 10% off!) Parents are also welcome to participate for no additional cost. The Little Sprouts program is for ages 2-5. Students learn basic mindfulness elements through age-appropriate breath-work techniques, yoga, games, story time, and creative visualization, all approached in a fun, exciting way.
