Get ready for some of the best barbecue in North Carolina!
The NC BBQ Hall of Fame and NC Pork Council are bringing a Whole Hog Cook-Off to Downtown Graham on Oct 9 & 10 Pitmasters from across all over will fire up their cookers Friday night and cook straight through the night, battling for BBQ bragging rights, cash prizes, and a chance to be inducted into the NC BBQ Hall of Fame.
On Saturday, come hungry and enjoy authentic whole-hog BBQ plates served fresh off the pit! Plates include chopped whole-hog pork and all the flavor that only slow-cooked Carolina barbecue can deliver.
